Mycotoxins are toxic, secondary metabolites produced by certain fungi that occur naturally in the environment. The Food Processing Center is pleased to begin offering this testing service. However, since this is a new service we ask that you contact the laboratory director ahead of time to ensure that we have adequate supplies on hand to accommodate your needs.
